I've occasionally wondered if the OpenBSD reputation is mostly just
hype and self-promotion. Most of the people you hear repeating the
better "security" claims have never actually audited any code
themselves, they are just repeating what they have heard. So, I
wonder about the basis for the claims and how solid that basis
actually is.
