Sept. 17-19 in Bend, OR:  Northwest Computer Technology and Crime
Analysis Seminar

"The Northwest Computer Technology and Crime Analysis Seminar (NCT) is a
seminar dedicated solely for the purpose of training law enforcement
personnel, and members of high-technology security in the field of
Computer Science. This year's seminar is the 17th year NCT has been held
in the Northwest. Attendance typically represents personnel from
federal, state, and local government agencies from the western region of
the United States. Attendance has grown to include all aspects of
government and has included representatives from Canadian law
