[PLUG] attbi wierdness

Call their customer service.  They have a misconfigured UBR.  Make sure you 
talk with their tier two. 


Explain that your "CPE is getting a 10 net address instead of public IP"  
Hopefully they are smart enough to figure it out.

the 10 net addresses should be getting assigned to the cable modem.
