[PLUG] POP3

The pop3 service only have private subnet address.  Can I make it available
for public use, in order for other users to access their mail using MS
Outlook when they're out of the country.

There may be a pop3 server already installed. Run ntsysv and if it's
installed, you'll be able to see it in the list. If it is, you can
enable it by putting an 'X' in the box, save your changes and exit. Then
to start it, run '/etc/init.d/xinetd restart'.
