Well, you must be reading different review sites than I am.

First, ATi's 9700 chip is beating the pants of nVidia's Ti4600.  Then
the Matrox isn't up to GeForce3 standards yet.  It's a good business
card.  But, really, you don't get the gaming performance out of it.

Games are "barely playable" with all three heads enabled.
