[PLUG] Emacs & word wrap

I have this in my .emacs file:

(add-hook 'find-file-hooks 'turn-on-auto-fill)

This is pretty all-encompassing, and turns on word-wrapping for every
buffer without exception.  I occassionally have to do a
'M-x auto-fill-mode' to toggle it off.
