[PLUG] SUMMARY: OT - local sources for rack hardware?

Found them. The original tip had the wrong name. Grabar is in actual word
in Spanish, although an odd one to be associated with this sort of business. 
(Verb: to engrave or record.) It's also a proper name, so I figured it might
be right.
