Karl - let me know if you get a better offer before tomorrow early
afternoon. I'll check e-mail mid-morning. Other than that we're on

PS: I should know whether you have wooden studs or metal having watched
the construction of your place, but I can't rememeber just now. I'll
bring both detectors to CMA... :-)
