[PLUG] OT: SSL Certs for Web Sites

I am looking to purchase a CHEAP SSL Cert (preferably NOT from verisign)
for SSL encryption for a web site.  We're talking cheap like less than
$50/year.

I've looked in http://www.cacert.org, but the site doesn't make it look
like they'll be around for years to come, and I'm not sure if they are in
the list of CA's that popular browsers support.  In fact in IE when I go
to their SSL site that's signed by them it says it's not signed by a
trusted CA.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
