I think the one I found for $150-ish was Entrust
(http://www.entrust.com) which seems to have a pretty good reputation.

Just now though I found InstantSSL (http://www.instantssl.com/) that has
them as low as $69/year and claims high compatability with browsers (it
appears as if the CA is really comodo.net via GTE CyberTrust which
appears to be trusted by my browsers - you may want to check them out
too.
