Boy, I'd have to see this one. My hunch is wrong X-server, not your
monitor specs, but I know that's a broad statement. Anyone else?

Subject: [KLUG] Cursor Problem
I'm assuming that this list is for asking questions as well as meeting
announcement, so please let me know if not.
I just upgraded from Redhat 7.2 to 7.3. I was disappointed that in the
upgrade, the installer didn't seem to pickup the setting for X that were
there already. Instead, it ran Xconfigurator. My monitor was not on
the list and I couldn't remember the settings and guessed incorrectly,
so X was unusable for a while. I managed to find the spec's for my
monitor later and ran Xconfigurator and selected custom monitor and
entered the settings I found. Now it works pretty good except for one
thing. The are 2 lines that follow my cursor around. I have not been
able to find any reference to this anywhere. Does anyone know how I
might fix this?
Thank you.
