[PLUG] Recommendations for Linux Tape Loader software

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a tape backup system
for production use.

My Requirements:
Runs on Linux
backs up Linux boxen
backs up Win 2000 boxen (would like to stay away from smb mounts if
possible)
handles autoloaders

The solutions I've used in the past I am not too thrilled with
(tar,bru,dump),and I am looking at Arkeia (my quote is somewhat on the high
side).

If anyone has any recommendations or experiences, I would love to hear them.
