Speaking of that...

I haven't looked into it yet (so forgive me if it's really obvious) but I'm
wondering about dealing with multiple From headers with a single email
account that has many aliases.

(Just ditched my old ISP and finally set up my own email server, and am
using a different alias for pretty much everything I'm subscribed to.)

I'm using mutt most of the time, but sometimes evolution from another box. 
I'm also planning on trying out squirrelmail.

I guess my question is: Can any of these clients intelligently fill in the
From: header for replies and forwards based on the alias it came in on? 
Without manually typing it out each time to override the one in a config
file?
