[PLUG] Samba connection problem - RH7.3 box to WinME

Hi Derek,

Thanks for your advice.

I struggled a whole day without a solution on this simple direct connection 
with a crossover cable with no password.  Both boxes seems connected but 
they could not see each another.

1) "SEC"  is the workgroup name in WinME for connecting to other Win 
Boxes.  In this experiment I only make a direction connection between RH7.3 
and WinME boxes.
2) Shall I cross change the IP address of RH7.3 box as 192.168.0.2 and 
WinxME as 192.168.0.1
3) Shall I add follows to smb.conf

hosts allowed = yes
Browsable = yes

If YES, in which section

4) Shall I create a new directory "shared" under /tmp/share and chmod 0777 
on it
