Well from an ISP's side I know we take spammer's very seriously. I get about
3-5 Abuse messages filtered down to me from Corporate every day. Spam, SEC
subenas, DCMA, RIAA, MPAA. I get them all, my personal feeling about some of
this is mixed but spam is tracked down with a vengance.
