[PLUG] Need help with list admin

I'm only at work one or two days a week now, and am very busy.  I do not
have very much time to spend on the PLUG mailing lists.

Is anyone using the news gateway?  Will anyone mind much if it goes
offline, at least until someday when a subscribers only posting can be
configured for it?

If that is not really in use, I can close the list so you don't have to
delete the small amount of "SPAM" that finds its way to the list.

Another option (perhaps more interesting) is to install spamassasin and
test that.  That's a project worth trying, but it will take several
hours or perhaps several days to get working.  I'm not going to spend
free time on it, since I don't have any.  Would someone like to research
that option please?  The list is managed with GNU Mailman, and the mail
is run by "exim".
