I've found the RH rpms for OpenSSH 3.3p1 here...

ftp://ftp5.usa.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/rpm/RH73/

...and they work...

[bigfish at kippered bigfish]$ ssh -V
OpenSSH_3.3, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090602f
