To slightly clarify those muddy waters, the private networks listed above
are incorrect.  The reserved private netblocks are:
192.168.0.0/16
172.16.0.0/12
10.0.0.0/8

(Of course, 172.16.0.0/8 doesn't make any sense, so maybe this post was
just clarifying the obvious.)
