[PLUG] Xcdroast only from root

** WARNING **: Installation problem? No set-uid bit on /usr/bin/readcd	
These warnings come up when I start xcdroast from a prompt and though I've 
added my user to xcdroast's allow list, I still have to start it as root. I 
don't want to compromise any security so how do I chmod &/or chown the app?
 The "Files and permissions" chapter in Running Linux often baffles me.
