Well,well.........Thou shalt not steal. This is news from the New York Post
(and reported elsewhere) that Michael himself is not immune to apparently
helping himself to what is not his and then destroying the evidence.

POOH SCANDAL IS '$HRED' HOT - DISNEY DESTROYED DOCUMENTS: JUDGE
New York Post; New York; Jan 29, 2002; NIKKI FINKE and LINDA STASI;

"In a bitter, 11-year-old lawsuit with a family that owns the commercial
rights to Winnie the Pooh, the Walt Disney Co. was systematically destroying
"massive amounts of documents . . . hundreds of boxes and thousands of
pages" that might have shown it withheld or under-reported Pooh royalties,
newly unsealed court records reveal."

Seems that the mouseketeer failed an audit.

Clifford

The timing of this new disclosure is extra troubling ...

(what an nice url...)

Normally, this would be funny, but since it's coming from Michael Eisner,
it is literally dangerous (and evil).

While he doesn't mention Open Source specifically, many have connected the
dots between the CBDTPA (formally the SSSCA) and the DMCA which does have
to potential to outlaw Linux in particular.

How long before we need to encrypt this list?

WWJD? (What would Jerry Do)
