This doesn't take all that much time to do. Thanks, Paul, for reminding
us that it is something we should all consider doing. One could simply
copy Paul's letter and send that, BUT it is even more effective to
restate the points in your own words, and include examples of how you
might be personally affected. In my case, I'm going to mention my hard
drive of MP3 files, ALL of which are fair use copies of CD's or LP's I
purchased, and still have. Putting the music on a hard drive is simply
more convenient for me than the individual recordings.

Anyway, thank you Paul for the reminder to give feedback to those folks
who represent us in Washington.
