[PLUG] Getting USB to work?

# apt-get install hotplug

 Works for me.  I have "hid" for my USB APC UPS and a beta copy of
 "apcupsd" running, plus I use a USB webcam and a Microsoft USB
 optical wheel mouse.  Worked the first time with no configuration
 other than setting things for the correct device.
