I think he was addressing your specific assertion that the "infringer"
has taken money out of someones pocket.  If you want to address a
different question, then go ahead.

In a larger context, the easy way "rob" someone of their income while
also avoiding any "infringement" is to not bother with their stinkin'
proprietary "expression" to begin with.  There is _very_ little
"entertainment" content these days that is _worth_ "stealing".
