What type of system is this (motherboard chipset, processor, etc)? Those
errors look like they may be irq sharing problems.  Is it possible to
change the slots that the cards are in?  Is the BIOS assigning an irq to
each card during POST?  Is your BIOS set to "Plug-n-Play OS"?
