Maybe to a small extent...  Problems with Win2K rollouts that I heard of
were mostly because of administrator's unfamiliarity with Active Directory
and no compelling business reason to upgrade.  Also, most companies don't
like to upgrade their Windows servers because it's usually fairly
disruptive to any installed software.  With Linux we can upgrade whichever
specific part we feel the need to upgrade, so system upgrades aren't quite
as daunting to us.
