I have a couple of cameras in my home office. The software takes a
snapshot every couple of seconds and dumps it in a fixed location
that the Web server can get to. I have a Web page that uploads
the images continuously at a fixed interval using a perl CGI
script and a mime type of multipart/x-mixed-replace. This
works fine for Netscape, but doesn't work with IE clients.
For that I have an ActiveX applet I got from Axis (www.axis.com)
