My employer has purchased Oracle products and support, so I have access to Metalink, Oracle's support site http://metalink.oracle.com/ .  They also host some discussion forums on their free technical site, http://technet.oracle.com, which is probably where you downloaded the software from.

I'd still suggest you continue to post your questions to this list.  I'm always surprised by the depth and breadth of the knowledge of the Plug members.
