[PLUG] Shutdown won't power down

  Could the box have a time delay switch that needs to be disabled? I know
this is a stretch: my box requires one to hold the power button in until it
finally recognizes that I really mean it. OTOH, when I issue, 'shutdown -h
now' it does so.
