ATX vs AT (was: [PLUG] Shutdown won't power down)

One of my older ATX cases has an insert for the rectangular IO 'hole' 
that has a AT-Style keyboard hole, and that's it.  I don't think any of 
the newer ones I've bought have that insert, although they may be 
available from the manufacturer after the fact.
