I've noticed that su - chamges you to root's home dir, whereas plain su leaves you in the user's dir. Shouldn't make any difference to $PATH, though, I shouldn't think, so there's more to it than that.. I saw this statement. Is this true? Why or why not? Thanks, Dirk
