Seems OK for PHP, since that's more lightweight than a scalable language
like Perl.

Having said that, I see quite a few low-ball offers coming over the
job lists.  And they'll probably fill them, because of the glut of
people.

But remember, you get what you pay for.  If you have a site that
handles credit cards or private information, do you really want
someone who will work for $25/hr to build it?  Sounds like a recipe
for disaster, of class-action lawsuit proportions.
