[PLUG] (serial) terminal condition

The switches and hubs i use here require No Flow Control and a set baud rate
or they wont respond. 
IF your device is fairly old try setting to no flow control and 9600 baud.
>From there go to 19,200 and finally 115,200. One of those should work. Only
other thing i can think of is possible emulation protocol. That usually just
means you will get a garbled screen though if its not right.

Yeah, no parity, eight data, one stop... it auto-senses the bitrate, but
that's why you have to hit enter a few times.

Flow control is another story.  There's nothing about it in the manual.

I'll try turning it off completely as Russel suggests.
