Hmm,
$ rpm -q kernel-source
kernel-source-2.4.18-3
kernel-source-2.4.18-17.7.x
$ ls -l /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/
total 0
browsing kernel-source-2.4.18-18.7.x.i386.rpm
looks like everything gets dumped into /usr/src/linux-2.4.18-18.7.x
