[PLUG] Plugger and spaces (%20) in URL attached documents

Well, the file only exists while the error dialog box is up. Once I click
OK, then the file vanishes. But when the error box is up, the file in
/tmp/plugtmp has the %20's in it. Odd...
Well, now that the Ximian Connector supports public folders, maybe I'll
switch my users back to Evolution.
