[PLUG] Accessing Web sites

A lot of sites are so interested in getting all your personal info that if
the browser doesn't give it up immediately it just kinda times out. Too
many cookies :P

And I'm sure the marketing department could give a rat's butt about
Non-windows people anyway.

I've been surfing penquin style for a couple years now and not noticed
anything like that. I do have a lot more difficulty with plugins, though.

Is it just me or have other Linux users found Web sites
that refuse connections with Linux machines? I'm finding
several sites (soundblaster.com, toshiba.com, clausing.com)
that either refuse to connect or time out when accessing
from my Linux box, while my wife's Window's ME box connects
without delay.

I'm running Debian with mozilla-browser 1.1-1. My wife also
uses Mozilla 1.1.

Jim
