[PLUG] Snedmail on RH 8

This WAS the ticket! The relay was refused. I edited /etc/mail/access and was good to go. THANKS!

PS: That WAS in the book buried in other strange configs on page 749. It does say the 127.0.0.1 will restrict the use of port 25 to the localhost, it doesn't say to replace it with 0.0.0.0.
