[PLUG] mutt (re)formatting command

The one you're describing sounds like a vi command (or vim?).  I use vim
with mutt... If, in command mode, you press 'gq}', it will reformat from the
cursor to the end of the paragraph.  Similarly, 'gqj' will reformat the
current line.  And you can highlight area (vim only) using Shift-V, then
press 'gq' will reformat the whole area.
