check out http://www.kazak.ws/xpg/index.php Seems to have a better GUI than PGaccess, but you need the JRE installed. I got it connected to Postgres 7.2, but had to use the postmaster -i switch to get the Postgres server to accept TCP/IP connections. RH 8.0 doesn't setup the postmaster invocation this way, so I'll have to reconfigure my init stuff, I guess.
