[PLUG] Ref: CISCO Router Frontend

A thanks to all that offered excellant suggestions.

In a spare moment I went to my favorite 'tools R us' site (CPAN) and found
NET::Telnet and NET::Telnet::Cisco.  Since I have a need for very specific
and limited functionality these two packages will be perfect.
