Ok, that's almost identical to my network setup, except I'm not running
as high as 106.  Your route output was identical to mine.

Now... what about ifconfig eth0?

Well, do you have a DHCP server?  Does the linksys router provide DHCP
for you?  You need a DHCP server to have dynamic IPs...

I don't see much reason in running DHCP on a small network.  Although, I
should talk, I just spent the last two days trying to get AMaViS
working... I'm the only one that uses the mail server and not only am I
schooled about viruses, but I am running Linux and Linux alone.  :-)

I did win the battle with AMaViS, BTW.  On to Samba/CUPS next....
