Slackware does, it provides a good starting point when you need to
rebuild your kernel.

IMHO, if you can, you should rebuild your kernel for your machine as
soon as you are able.  Not only is it a learning experience if you're
somewhat new to Linux, but it will speed up your system and can increase
system stability.
