[PLUG] Spam via postix sender at IP

It looks like there is a hole in postfix. 

It appears that email is being sent with "Sender: 
Babes at XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" with XXX being the IP address of the local
machine. 

It seems that postifx is relaying this spam out.

Reading the docs and searching has not come up with a simple block.  Can
I just block sender at IP?
