[PLUG] Apache Upgrade Failed

So far as I have noticed is the problem here is somewhere in your conf
file it lists an address that does not allow binding.  Sometimes the
0.0.0.0 address does wonkey things.

My sugestion would be to double check your IP addy and put that into
your conf file.
