[PLUG] DSL modem

What is the line quality like? What type of DSL circuit is it?
Other than that ....get a cisco 678 and you won't have problems
(assuming that the line quality is OK, and it's a DMT circuit).

The only other think I can think of ...
Are you connected to a Stinger, or a DSLAM (tech support *should* be
able to tell you)?
Actually, if you can't check with that Toshiba thing ... tech support
should be able to tell you what the line quality is (or the
signal-to-noise ratio if it's a DMT circuit)
