[PLUG] 2 NICs

So, I have a compaq pressario 7234, which has 2 PCI slots in it, one is
shared with an ISA slot, the other is all by itself.  I got 2 D-Link
NICs, which use the ne2k_pci driver.  The botom most controler is the
one that is shared with an ISA slot, the top controler is not.  If both
NICs are in the machine, the bottom controller works and the top
controller does not work, A single NIC in either of the controllers
works perfectly.

Anybody have any ideas?
