I don't know, but this is what I'd try:

 > mount the cdrom, say at /cdrom
 
 > then type the command: wine /cdrom/setup.exe (or whereever the
   installer is located on the CD).

If that doesn't work, perhaps you'll get additional help by telling us
in what way it doesn't work.
