[PLUG] Tuning the time

Here's a copy of my /etc/ntp.conf, for what it's worth. As far as
I can tell, I'm keeping correct time. Of couse, the way I CHECKED
this was by calling the NIST phone line (303-499-7111) so I guess
it's no surprise that it agrees with the NIST severs :-)
