It seems to be working...  Since you're using spamcop, have you checked 
to see if perhaps the plug mail is getting circular-filed?

Also - in case you didn't see it, spamcop was DOWN for all of Sunday due 
to a server move.  I'm trying to check their webserver from here, and it 
doesn't seem to be resolving.  Perhaps they are still having some 
residual move problems/DNS issues.  Nope, it resolved, just took a while.
