Just catching up on PLUG... and I see I've caused a tempest in a teapot!
IANAL (as is true of the others who followed up in this thread), but I'm
hard-pressed to see how stating the facts about their SPAM onslaught is
actionable. Perhaps I should have said "alleged" ;-)

It's interesting to note that the company in question is based in Canada,
and that the domain for the listed contact does not exist. I think they're
blowing smoke. I vote to ignore them.
