  You should see what I've written on this! :-) It's not a pretty sight.
What is also unfathomable is their bug tracking system, called 'issuezilla'.
They could have called it IssueGate, too, for all the name matters. I'm
regustered there; can log in. But, when I try to create a new issue it tells
me I need to log in first. Infinite loop, and I'm not the only one.

  I recommended to the developers that they drop their overly-complex scheme
of data sources and let us users create a word docment with the merge data,
just like WordPerfect did. Easier coding, reliable, flexible, ... works.

  We'll see what happens.

  So much of what I do with processed words is finalized as a merged
document that I must have this ability.

  If someone who _really_ knows WordPerfect/8 or /9 is willing to come out
here and work with me to get one or the other running again I'd _really_
appreciate it. This day-and-a-half without getting this letter out is
costing me a ton of money.
